Excellent hotel with amenities like 24-hour reception, laundry, air conditioning, and tv. I recall the staff helping me find my lost ring on my first visit. I'm coming back for Christmas!

the location is magnificent, almost on the central plaza. also, it is so close to the main square of the historical centre and cathedral, and the historical centre. great breakfast with buns and cookies, for example, the staff is very helpful and particularly helpful.

Request a room away from the street for a quieter night's sleep as nearby festivities can be disruptive.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of the central market and malecon, made exploring easy. The room was clean, with comfortable beds and hot water, although it felt a bit dark given the hotel's age. Dining options were limited, but the food at the nearby 24-hour restaurant was excellent, especially the organic jams. The hotel is quite old, and the staff's English was limited, which may require some translation assistance.
